Sapporo is a great place in Hokkaido to visit during the New Year in Japan. One of the attractive features about this area during the New Year is the numerous colorful lights. The illuminations can be found all over Sapporo including the famous Odori Park where the Sapporo TV Tower is located.
The numerous illuminations draw an influx of people. In this video, I take you on a tour through Sapporo on New Year's. There are two instances in which Japanese men cross the street illegally and break the law. This is reflected in the video.
